OUR POLICY ON ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

All prices are displayed in CAD (Canadian dollars).

The processing of orders as soon as possible after receipt of payment.

It takes 2 to 5 working days before the products are sent to inventory. 

For personalized creations, allow a delay of 7 to 10 working days before shipment.

During the holiday season, it takes 24 hours more (working days) to prepare your order and postal delays may also vary beyond our control.  

Delivery: 

We deliver anywhere in Canada, the United States and France.

All packages are sent by Canada Post, the average times indicated are 2 to 15 working days of delivery time (Canada and the United States) for other countries, it is necessary to allow between 2 to 3 weeks.

For orders outside of Canada, you may have to pay import and customs duties. As a reminder, if your package is subject to it, the person who  the recipient is required to cover these costs.

These charges are independent and beyond our control. They vary from country to country, so we cannot estimate your potential charges.

 

Please note that La Croé Bijoux Fantaisie is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.due to incorrect information provided by the customer. The delivery costs of parcels whose address is incorrect must be borne by the customer.

La Croé Bijoux Fantaisie takes all the necessary precautions when preparing your orders, in case ofproblem upon receipt of the package, please contact us within a maximum of 7 working days after receipt for any complaints.

Please note that due to the use of natural pearls and recycled materials (specified in the description of the jewels concerned), manual manufacturing, the jewels ordered may present slight variations in color as well as small imperfections that do not spoil nothing the charm and quality of jewelry.

Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the www.lacroe.ca website and within the limits of available stocks. For non-stocked products, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.
In case of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will notify you by email. Your order will be automatically canceled and no bank debit will be made.
 

Furthermore, the www.lacroe.ca website is not intended to sell its products in large quantities. Therefore La Croé Bijoux Fantaisie reserves the right to refuse orders for more than 4 identical items.

In case of late shipment, an email will be sent to you to inform you of any consequences on the delivery time indicated to you.

In the event of deliveries by a carrier, La Croé Bijoux Fantaisie cannot be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the customer after several appointment proposals.
